    I hope this review will get printed as it is constructive criticism with positive suggestions for the owner to do better business from this location. The ambience of the place was good and it helps when you have time and you are there to dine in. I happen to work close by to 115 Brock St. location of Wimpy's and was there today at lunch time(in my very short 30 min break). I waited at the "Cash and Takeaway" counter for over 15 minutes before I decided to walkout. No one attended me. There was only one serving staff, a lady who cared more for her TIP and kept attending her dineIn customers. She was rude to the extent that several time she came to the cash counter to process the bill for her next DineIn customer, I tried to remind her about me but she completely ignored me. They need to either appoint more staff or instruct their existing staff to attend cash takeaway customers as well, as they are entitled to equal cutomer service. Or simply close the takeaway option.
